Absolute legends. Cut through my broadband cable and although they were out of stock they managed to find me an old one out from the back and gave me it free of charge! Saved me stressing and driving round trying to find a computer shop that is even open in this crazy covid times. Good people definitely recommend theses guys thank you

I have approached the company for a custom build PC to play the latest games. I gave a budget and they in then gave me a variety of options. I was very happy with the computer provided which was much cheaper than the ones provided by larger firms. 100% recommend.
My PS4 Pro recently stopped working so tried to get it repaired, after contacting a couple of local firms for a quote, Martin at HCS was the only one to not only reply but to offer advice as to what it was. He replied the same day and offered opening times when requested. Visited the shop to drop off my console and found the blokes there friendly and reassuringly knowledgeable about what might be the problem. Martin called back 2 days later to offer the repair, and very honestly told me it would be quite expensive. I took him up at first but had to cancel the job due to other financial commitments. Martin was gracious about this and only charged me a diagnostic fee. Even though I didn't go through with the repair, I felt that I could have trusted HCS should I have gone ahead. Really recommend due mainly to customer service and prompt replies. Will definitely use in future if needed. Cheers
Called in after my iPhone 7 microphone had stopped working. Martin diagnosed the issue that was causing it straight away. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and a really nice chap. I’m glad I found this place as this will now be my go to place in the future. Thanks again!
